Good question. Don't know off the top of my head.

I don't really understand the corporate structure of these Investment Advisory Companies. I mean there's LLC's, LP's and GP's. Maybe the important thing is that Webb is in charge of all these entities.

(There's also a P10 Capital Management, LLC mentioned on the form as a related person - with the word "Manager" stated under Clarification of Response.)

Hopefully someone smarter than me can give a better answer to your question.
