KrypNetworks owns those 50ish ATMs in Florida.

And neither OBITX or MCIG own any part of KN.

But Paul and Alex are getting paid $$ by all 3 companies, have options to purchase OBITX common shares, have been issued OBITX common shares, and have been issued OBITX preferred shares.

It's also likely that Paul and Alex have received common and preferred shares of KN as well.

and MCIG shareholders will only get 1 measly share of OBITX for every 1000 MCIG shares owned. That's horrible. What a rip off.
