I just got off the phone with Randy Clifford. Ph: 780-466-6006.
He says the delays are due to the extensive changes Vinergy is attempting to make with CSE. Involving crypto currency/blockchain technology and the marijuana industry. They are currently fulfilling the requirements asked for by the CSE. I asked if the acquisition of MJ Biopharma was completed. He says that too is all dependant on CSE approval of listing...and I know we’ve all heard this before BUT he says they expect to here back yet again from CSE this week and hopefully have something to say within the next two weeks. I was surprised that he answered my call and he seems like a nice older guy, even though my demeanour was very confrontational.
Waiting sucks ass but at least ol randy shows some transparency and signs of life! Haha
