Why hasn't this been resolved? SEC told CEN Biotech that shares won't trade because management didn't register the shares with the SEC prior to the spinoff, the spinoff was not a pro-rata distribution, and shareholders didn't receive adequate information prior to the spinoff.
SEC sent a final letter saying it was terminating its coverage. So Cen biotech will never trade until this gets resolved. :(



Cso CEN is stuck in limbo until Bill explains to the SEC why CEN didn't register the shares prior to the spin-off. But even if he provides an explanation, it doesn't seem like the SEC will be satisfied.

Everything I state is the whole truth and nothing but the truth to me, so help you god if you follow my advice.
