This was actually a point addressed within the past week.

Absolutely, Could fall under a different agency for oversight - like ATF for alcohol and tobacco. I doubt the feds will not figure out some way to insure they get their taxes.

I don't use and I think it's nuts on any schedule.

Many speak and think of when it opens up as completely unregulated, when this most likely will never be the case, and I think the above the perfect analogy. It's not going to move from where it's been for nearly a century to a completely unregulated matter, and the form that will or could be is anyone's guess, although given the number of states with fairly extensive rues and regs, there's already a fairly good foundation.

On different note, those who are real do forgive my temporary derailing lol, but I think it's quite obvious since the R/S announcement there are those who have clearly intensified their efforts and become much more aggressive, so, my personal stance and solution to such nonsense (which still and always stands) I think of little impact.

I see no one has accepted my challenge as well. They never do.

I see we're back to addressing lease(s) (yet again......) and actually saw a mention of "some lease can be rewritten in some cases".

No. Any lease, anytime, anywhere can be rewritten or rider/addendum attached with any alteration any parties agree upon at any time.

We're now at another turning point which will as the days and weeks unfold, determine what is/are new support and resistance, and as always, we'll see who was right and wrong as the year moves on.

I see you mentioning less time devoted moving forward, and I'd agree, with me no longer addressing many unless they want to bet their handle on it ;) lol.

Most of us, participating here isn't our full time job. Easy to see who is who and which is which. :) lol

It's too personal to be business.
