I have posted the following many times and I don't want to keep repeating, I am no expert on financial or legal stuff but I know the basics of legal rights of what we can do and what we can't.

- WMIH is a PUBLIC and POST BK company and has nothing to do with WAMU and its shareholders anymore. Anything that will happen between escrow and WMIH will be pure business relationship.

- WMIH can use our assets and charge a service fee. All profits will go back to us either by paying to another private company that we will own or by issuing non convertible dividend preferred shares
