If only I had a nickel for every pink sheet stock that claimed that right up to the date of the R/S being made public....

If they do an acquisition... it will be with shares... more DILUTION!

Anyone reading their filings and looking at the share structure with all the dollar-based convertible preferred shares runs for the hills!

Experienced pink investors know exactly what the future here holds... and it isn't good!
