Be careful what you wish for!

To my knowledge this has not been posted before.

A simple rescheduling may create even greater problems than with the current schedule I classification for Marijuana.

Why, because a rescheduling may specify that marijuana is now under the the sole control of pharmaceutical companies.

Is TRTCD a pharmaceutical company?

What is needed is complete descheduling so that Marijuana is classified the same as Tobacco and Alcohol, otherwise even greater problems may result.
