Yup, just doing a bit of reading tonight....the more I read, the more excited I am about this one. Everything I find points to a super clean shell with some excellent potential based on what Joe may bring in here. I know of at least 20MM shares that are held at this point, thats a solid 20% of the float that isn't selling anything until all is known with the potential merge. After court Tuesday, we will begin a new adventure here.

Looking forward to the week and weeks/months ahead with this one...so stoked!
