The ongoing Josten Theney copyright infringment case IS material to ViaDerma shareholders because CEO Otiko is a named Defendant, as well as Otiko's Podiatry Business, Coast-to-Coast Podiatry, which is a named Distributor for ViaDerma, and the entity that has carried a $300k debt to ViaDerma for over a year.

As for sullying his reputation, the Theney case is the third known Federal Court case in which Otiko was a named Defendent.

He has a billion dollar business here, and he is screwing around with some jerk in court about stuff that is immaterial to what is happening here and sullies his reputation while that case goes on.
