Not sure why peeps say it doesn't look good? It's just a power struggle for a growing company, nothing more or less.

Glance is executing its biz plan. No way Desmond will quit if Green succeds. It was a scare tactic to get votes for status quo.

Going into try he US hard and UK will follow.
