Well I have never mentioned an impending RS in a single post, because I think that would be ludicrous at this juncture. The OS is not even 2B, and the AS is 45B IIRC.
The first tranche of the 3M debt for 750K worth of shares at a 25% discount has barely been sold yet from watching the daily volume.
That much seems evident. Maybe 25% of that tranche, tops, at the high end of the possibility range.
What is unclear is who is all has been selling lately below market price and driving down the VWAP, and either intentionally or inadvertently setting up a toxic spin. Doesn't matter, the end result is the same.
It is not true retail in my opinion.
This is why I find the non disclosure of who all got the 929 million shares issued, and when these shares were actually issued, highly problematic.
They could have all recently come off restriction for all we know.
They could have gone to promoters. They could have gone to Bertsos or other unknown insiders or to other debt holders.
SEC registrants are supposed to be fully disclosing for a damn good reason.
We are witnessing why currently right here. Would you agree with that?
