Thank you. I have no skin in this game att but was thinking about it. I bought in another company (to be nameless) that had "patents pending". And actually found patent application(s). However the patents were rejected 2 times previously and third time company never responded to USPTO request for updates or clarifications so patent application lapsed (died) 6 months or more prior to me buying in. So it would be nice to at least see an application that was accepted by the patent office for processing. And i will decide after seeing whats in the application.
