and lay-off every fat lazy blood-relative (foisted on you by the current regime) currently on your payroll doing a fake mining job at 4 times the going salary rate. Let these brilliant 4F-ing DRC puffed-up pretend government bureaucrats go and collect royalties from all the thousands of illegal/wildcat miners littering this entire sheethole country... and have the DRC ask all those illegal/wildcat miners to reinvest 60% of their back-breaking bounty back into the DRC.
