I agree with you 100%. However, they dangled a carrot a long time ago and have not come through yet, which makes me nervous. I know things take time, but then they need to tell us that they are still preloading X amount of terabytes of pictures so the public beta will go smoothly (although it sounds like they've been preloading data since 2014).

Mr. Guerrero's letter to shareholders dated October 5, 2017 stated:
"Our VITA app is currently scheduled for launch in the coming months, and we plan to issue regular updates on the company’s progress."

So, 6 months have gone by and I would say we have not received "regular" updates on the progress. But like you said, "soon" and "regular" can mean completely different things to different people.
