This is a press release from 2016.

Nobody took the press release seriously when it was published. Until I found out about the connection with BITCF (and Rubin) about 6 months ago. And I still don't know what to make of it. You tell me.

It raises some questions though.

1) They got the target value right. But that's probably because Rubin knows the company.
2) Was HERB management aware of it, or in on it? You see, parent owns 80% of the stock so a tender offer doesn't make sense from that perspective. But now we know that there is a business relationship between the 2 companies.
3) Why fly under the radar, keep your identity hidden, and pay for the press release?
