That is hilarious - I love the desperation in defending a company that was complicit in the fraudulent activity.

You seem to forget that OWCP hired the disbarred attorney to write the 144 Opinion Letter - it wasn't Friedland that obtained the attorney.

Why would OWCP provide a opinion letter for Friedland to have the restrictive legend removed from the stock certificates to deposit in Global and Intiva?

OWCP gifted Friedland the shares - why would OWCP care about what he did with his shares?

Why would OWCP go to such extremes to help Friedland remove the restrictive legend from the certs?

The answer is that the OWCP insiders are involved in the share selling scheme.
