I guess they are not going to sell more at this PPS. I would be dumb, or a very bad sign. Also Lummy will not be very happy when ARGS is selling shares at $1.3 when they bought at $4. I'm sure they made sure they had money till after the 2 trials and will use the ATM after good news. Also selling another $10mil at $1.3 would do no good to the pps and not make Lummy happy at all imo.

I hope to see some good uptrend soon.
