The Mariner suits are bigger than the QuestNetTech suits. Here are my thoughts. I could be 100% off base!!!!!!!

1. Maybe Quest waited so long to file Mariner suits because they wanted to use their revenue and not money from a third party. So as these suits go forward the settlements will go only to Quest and attorney fees. Quest made a little over 300k for the Mariner suits and another million or so was split between attorneys and third party investors.

2. The first Mariner suits took about 13 months to settle. My guess is these suits will move quicker. Yes the patents are a little older but a good amount of leg work has been done.

3. Here's the exciting part. The Mariner suits are for only one or two accused products maybe a total of ten products for the five suits. The Semcon suits are for well over 100 products. The battle is bloody and long because there is a lot at stake.

4. In my very humble opinion I believe Semcon will win all the suits. The only issue is how big will the settlement be?

5. Timeline. The good news about the Semcon suits lasting this long is there is a massive paper trail and tons of leg work. Suits that follow will move much quicker. So going forward just MAYBE Mariner suits settle in six months, Semcon suits settle in a year or so, new suits from IC Kinetic, or the CTX patents (whatever they are) will be on a two year time line. All of a sudden you have a revenue stream. And then there is Quest Licensing?

6. With less than 500 shareholders and a company that has gone out of its way not to promote itself, a little revenue, some news, a market maker and perhaps a Scahill X factor idea can move the stock. About six years ago Quest hit .30 intra day on news from a different company called Quest Products. As soon as the market realized the mix-up it was back to where it started.
