Here is Congresswoman Eshoo's letter to Pai.

She has received thanks in the media from the CCA according to the Seeking Alpha story.

Clearly states in the letter an estimate of the Fibertower deal being worth $2 Billion, and she's not buying the AT&T press release.

Congresswoman Eshoo probably has Commissioner Clyburn talking in her ear.
