Did the State present pictures of the holes.....

GME is alleged to have dug to the Court? Or are they just making the claim without documentation?

GME has done the best work that has ever been done in the STATE of Florida, applied for and received 14 different permits and completed all of them with no complaints "not one" until we divorced 6 wreck sites and asked for permits to recover

At last report Seafarers hasn't even completed Area 2, even though the permit expired last July. The report they submitted appeared to be a copy/paste from earlier reports. Based on your experience will that prevent them from receiving other permits? Tim Parsons sent Kyle a letter stating as much.
