I think we are mixing semantics, use of the word appraisal, is incorrect as a 43-101 indicates no value of the property.

As Gitreal indicated, it would be illegal for Osceola to publicize a 43-101 not being a Canadian traded company. A technical report governed by SEC Industry Guide 7 will provide all the information needed and be compliant with US securities regulations.
