look for obvious trades and wait
today 2nd failure at value area low
this was also break below yesterdays lows
70% chance of continuation when break below prior day low (r mitchell)
2nd time thru breadth 0 was confirmation of that trade.
at the end of day i went long, I knew there would be some short
covering so i took 5 points and got out. I did not know if the rally
would continue. with the major reversal i believe most of the selling
was complete. the market was just way too short.
the pullback (es 2735 to 2807) was to fib .618 (es 2762.5)
it is extremely difficult for any market without a gap to go past those levels in a single move.
I was confused at the open and involved with family so i waited till
i saw something i understood.
if you hit the spy 278 put .30 to 2.10 7 bagger
