Lazar is NOT the owner of Zenithpartners.net or the David Lazar mentioned in the Variety article. It is pure deceit. Typical of these triple zero plays.

While Lazar is the one snagging dead companies buying a few shares and than suing for custodial ownership he is not the same guy mentioned in the Ibox.

He is basically hijacking a bunch of companies - In all likelihood to be used in pump and dumps.
