Call it what you want but I’ve been around OTC long enough to know when dilution is occurring, I call it like I see it. I like ANDI and have made a significant profit from it so far but I try to be objective in my analysis as well, something that is rarely found on ihub.

It’s been my experience that a company will issue a PR and you’ll see VERT on the ask all day with a 10k block that gradually pushes the ask down. That’s what we’ve seen a few times lately and I’ve seen it with hundreds of other tickers that dilute. This action didn’t happen when we made our run to almost .04 and is why we ran so hard. Until VERT and the dilution goes away we will struggle to go up.
