Correct you are!

Maybe I overestimate the weight of a 20% vote by the major business partner who has the further right to decide on what constitutes cost-sharing for new (if any) projects.

But maybe not.

As a longstanding shareholder with my own and family interests and hence (more than merely coincidentally due to empathy) the interests of all longstanding shareholders on this board in mind, wheresoever they may reside, I'd prefer NOT to be at the mercy of this new 20%.

Kinda like an elephant in your swimming pool: bit out of place, no?

Forgive the silly analogy, but I like imagery...
