This past Saturday, Jeff Sessions said the Feds won't pursue "small" pot cases.

No direct, immediate effect on the sector or MJ right now, but having a hardcore cannabis critic soften up is a step in the right direction.

If you're looking for immediate gains in the MJ ETF, it ain't gonna happen. That will come after marijuana is re-scheduled.
