Any idea of cost?

Dr. West did a lot of talking about durability compared to current available treatments that have very short half-life. I recall nothing mentioned in regard to cost otherwise.

I did not think to ask because my primary interest had been on more futuristic projects where the first consideration has to be will it work.

Naturally stem cell treatment of animals seems more advanced in trials because of lighter regulation but costs may be prohibitive without the greater financial resources for humans,

In pets, stem cell therapy usually costs between $2,000 and $3,000, but it can go much higher.
