I do know that what I said post CH 11 (x years ago) has happened

I am back in business with WMIH and the NOLs are bringing value

I made very nice money on small lots of Piers I bought very late in the game and will get paid more (likely in CY18)

There has been no money paid/made on Escrows.

WMILT has not informed anyone of a second use of the escrows/count after carefully reminding us of the first purpose.


WMILT has not taken any steps to move the escrow/count one inch closer to being true and quantified interests in the Liquidation Trust

It is IMO but so far the opinion where based on what the POR etc. said has born out to be true

As always I look forward to huge money for my escrow/count and admitting publicly I was foolishly wrong.
