Thank you to those who provided information, helps calm the nerves.

Seems I researched the wrong Judge. Got information on Mark T. Mullen instead of Mark X. Mullen. So have to research more. But OK.

So thank you again for the information. Seems now we get a fair hearing, based on the information provided. May Fibertower management be pressed against the wall.
