GDigital has it right!

MM is trying to claim bankruptcy in Canada but CRA is contesting his application! (I think you get in legal trouble if you lie about your debts and assets and sign an affidavit while applying for bankruptcy ,sound familiar???

The 14c filed on Jan 29,2018 it shows Harold Scheider as a majority shareholder, 3,000,000. HS was charged and fined $10,000 by the BCSC for illegally trading shares during a Cease trading order.and cant be a director or an officer of a public company for a period of 3 years.(august 2019), HS is a nominee shareholder for MM since HS cant be a director and MM cant own anything. WHAT A TEAM!!!!
