I think your right, the response I got from them was "not enough votes for now" So, its the only way to raise capital, if and when they can borrow from banks, this is the only way to raise. I talked to a buddy yesterday in Baton Rouge, I asked him how for he lives from the new LSU site, he said like 4 miles, be real easy to keep up with progress being so close.
