I don't know. That would be very helpful information to know; however, I don't, and I suspect no one else does either.

I think that the date for the vote may have been moved forward a couple of times, indicating that they are perhaps trying to time it with something. What on earth that could be, I can only guess at. Maybe they're trying to make happy happier before he votes. I dunno.
