`I havent seen anything that would show that they acknowledge the lawsuit, I am sure they are aware of it in some manner though. As far as collecting Rontan U.S business operations closed down some time ago so I am sure nothing there to collect, The Tatui plant has been closed and the Brazillian courts have pretty well gutted that one out for things Rontan owed to people. The real only hope is the Bolzan brothers themselves and I am not sure what it would take to confinscate foriegn held money. I am not sure the Bolzans will even come to the states for the suit. Attorneys will likely do most, delays will be done, the trial if there is one will not go by the time frame shown, delaying is the surest way to starve out the opposition. I think it going to take at least 2 years to wiggle through the court system, then if the Bolzans loose or win either side can and likely would appeal so another year or two there , so could be 3 to 4 years.

Many think or say the Bolzans will just settle, I dont think they will just roll over and shell out millions of dollars

In a nutshell its going to take a long time to see how this shakes out.
