Disgraceful QMCI, reading the 8k again and realizing that 2 companies with the same Controller are swapping funds from a worthless entity to another?

Bravenet shouldn't be entering any agreement with QMCI because Dave David Shworan heads both of them? That could be just moving money back and forth

How does a company enter into a compensation agreement when it is operated by the same person? So Dave David Shworan decided to pay himself and announced it?

the Company shall pay Mr. Shworan a base salary at the annual rate of $350,000 during the term of his employment or service with the Company and its subsidiaries.
