Agreed. The incompetence of management AT THE TIME is obvious to all now. However, (so far) I see that no-one inside sold anything at all which leads me to believe they were ignorant to the happenings around them ( no excuse ) and didn’t benefit from friedlands scam. Given that the lawsuit filing only states those particular defendants and not OWCP, I choose to believe that the preliminary investigation has nailed the culprits. They gave Ziv the boot for a good reason, probably because he is complicit. I also choose to believe that this investigation started around that same time, not two weeks ago when grimesy started his interviews of individual investors.
