1. For all we know, JF and co were figuring out the logistics of a law suit, and working with counsel, but until they either file a complaint or the other party sends them the complaint... they would have no knowledge of a PENDING lawsuit... pending means it’s already filed with the court... and you have to have knowledge, which even if the other party filed with the court, would not come to the knowledge of Viva until they receive the complaint so they can file their answer with the court...

2. So basically you cannot prove this, so as far as we know, this hasn’t happened and is therefore total conjecture once again.
