Yep. I actually think it’s a first. Usually the preferred shares are preferred for a reason. The common shares had the voting rights, the preferred didn’t. That’s why they were so pissed. Can you imagine if the commons would have listened to that Wilson/Clutterbuck proposal? Wilson thought he could right the ship and pay us all a huge premium of .60 cents a share........glad we stuck to the plan. Then the threat of lawsuit by Clutterbuck.....what a crock. He knew went he took the prepacked plan what the terms would be. We could have went BK after that.....we are ALL lucky that the board of directors and management have looked out for us! I am pleased that they are working things out.....
