This is a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Since there is no reorganization, no employees, and no other major ongoing costs, there is no sense of urgency to close it quickly.

It may seem like this bankruptcy is taking a long time, but it is not at all unusual for Chapter 7 liquidations.

The common stock will be cancelled, and anyone holding shares are going to lose 100% of their investment. That should have become even more clear in the last several months, if it wasn't crystal clear before.
