Buddy of mine just sent me a screen shot and ARCA is in fact on L2 for 30k @ .019... that’s where he was all last week as well. I noticed in that description he can also be brought in to make some liquidity so he may be here to shake some shares by playing games since the float is so low. I take him being here a good thing!
