So this company Blockchains LLC has updated the website and had this to say;
" When completed, our corporate campus will consists of over 300,000 square feet at the TRI Center and we expect to employ over 1,000 individuals by 2021. During development of our campus, a facility on the outskirts of the TRI Center will act as our temporary headquarters until the campus is complete."

300000 sqft is less than 7 acres. I wonder why they bought 74.000 acres.
