Either everyone takes advantage of these lower prices and waits for the blockchain launch pump....sell...or patiently wait.

Virtually all otc CEO's are dumbarses who run shell companies that change business plans every few years. It comes down to how you play it, not if you believe in it.

Again, either buy the 3,4's and average down to that price....wait...or sell. However, there is a pump coming.
