BackgroundCheck: Robert Chen failed 1st year medical school

While performing a due diligence background check, I came across that the CEO failed his first year of medical school. He claims he is blockchain researcher but has never published a paper on blockchain other than a group based team project for a college class. He also claims he is an MD but he is an MD student and has not received a medical degree nor a medical license yet.
