maybe i'll ask you, why did foster buy more than 4.9%? did he want to file? was being seen as a buyer of this, and other stocks, part of his plan? did he want people to notice, and follow his lead?

if so, in doing that, he is also wanting the SEC to notice, right? i mean, after all - he filed with the SEC.

and you say he's "just an investor" like everyone else, but in 20 years of trading i've never seen this behavior.

ESPECIALLY if foster is just some guy who found a dead company with no registered agent, no CEO, and just figured he would buy a bunch of shares on the random chance they would do a deal with their shell.

that's not the norm.

i'm sure you will agree.

most people don't exceed the reporting threshold, because filing is a time-consuming step, it's something people do on a "sure bet" usually, and they buy a company with a CEO, and regular news. because the whole point of trading is not letting a bunch of cash sit in a dead stock.

right?
