At this moment I'm awaiting the start of the conference call, I'm signed in.

Also, I placed a phone call to Keith Johnson, DK's VP of Investor Relations. I noted that I find it odd that the company failed to make mention of distribution information concerning the final two quarters of ALDW's operations as a stand-alone prior to the big swallow by DK.

This situation is bordering on the bizarre as nothing could be more divisive than separating an investor from what his assets. If ever there were a moment depicting what happens when we fart into the (head) wind, this has to be a high level qualifier.

I'll get back to this board as well as the ALDW for those whose interests are aligned with my own.

DK's quarterly results are certainly outstanding, beating expectations handily. And the company makes no attempt to lessen impact derived from ALJ's contributions to the bottom line. This obviously extends to ALDW's place in the receiving line as well. And idiots at Yahoo! will be eating crow, thanks to the stated declaration of ALDW assets about to be dropped down to DKL. I was the lone believer for some reason.

Time to gloat. The only loose end for me now is the disposition of the final two distributions yet to be declared. I've got 10,121 reasons (units) to be concerned.
