The above indicates only about 15% dilution at 15% lower prices than today!



Geodan, how do you calculate only 15% more dilution ? I come with something closer to 100%. Share count should go up from current 21 million to 40 million after all warrants are exercised:

Number of warrants = 154,000 x 125 = 19 million.
