2.I don't need your approval or anyone else's approval to file a complaint with them.

3. Yesterday's 12.8% gain was nice. I expect 40% to 60% one-day gains during two days next week, whether I file a complaint with the SEC or not. There's no correlation between any possible complaint and the PPS. There was a 60% one-day gain on Wednesday.

4. I expect the price to be above 15¢ at next Friday's close.
