Great week my friend, some thoughts....

Trading action this week was very good. The shares are tightening up. If you want in you are going to have to pay up. IMHO very much worth the investment. I am putting my money where my mouth is. Huge potential here. Probably much more than I know at this point in time.

Just read the stickies and follow the links. The R/M is in place with OmniElite Holdings, LLC. From the 10K: As of February 16, 2018, the Company had 512,099,353 outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

We are seeing where folks have stated they have contacted the TA and are seeing O/S 750 million shares. Either amount is pretty incredible IMHO. We don't know if the 250 million share difference are shares restricted under the HCH umbrella or not.

We also know OmniElite has 100 shares of Series A Preferred Stock representing 1,000,000,000 votes. These are not commons. Omni has control.

Two of several business segments show not only current revenues but also incredible promise for some massive organic growth going forward.

High Country Healing (HCH) is a company owned by Omni Elite Holdings. HCH has revenues from the exotic MJ and MMJ offerings. These are award winning and are vastly set apart from any of the competition. As seen in the February 2015 HIGH TIMES (our 7th time being featured), High Country Healing is America’s Highest Garden. We believe that our high altitude mountain environment, with grow operations above 10,500 feet, is the differentiating ingredient that enables us to grow exquisitely dense, potent, and aromatic cannabis. Bottom line this segment is generating revenues!

Folks I see the biotech side providing some amazing potential as well with an FDA 510k already approved device:

Omni Elite Holdings own Bioneb which is a biotechnology company specializing in the Pulmonary uptake of Pharmaceutical Grade Bio~logic and Bio~Similar medical drug formulations using Micron Micro Mesh Technology. Our Ultrasonic Atomizing Vibrating Micron Micro Mesh (MMM) disc drug delivery patent approved and patent-pending devices are all FDA 510K approved and are able to efficiently deliver FDA approved bio~logic and bio~similar medical formulations, insulin formulations, registered antibiotics and drug formulations, viral formulations.

The SS is incredible and the PPS is very cheap. The MJ and MMJ segment of the business under the current SS should support multiple pennies as it sits today. Add in the other business segments it could be much higher.

The R/M is under the radar. Not for long. We are seeing a growing interest in the holding and deservedly so!
