Regardless of who wins in this family feud, stock is basically uninvestible until this BOD battle is resolved. Of course money is there to be made on stock pops and dips but fundamental investing concepts have been thrown out the window. Focus is now be on lawyers and lawsuits as opposed to sound business initiatives. Danger with small cap companies is that mgt has limited band-width and focus will be on lobbying shareholder votes as opposed to driving the business forward.
