Hope management/employees are acquiring some of the convertible shares. 25.5 million shares received by BCMG is not as significant as it was when they were acquired.

ME:I Believe they most probably did already accumulate a lot more shares but probably would have bought in at the LOW or POSSIBLY directly from the CSH'S below market price.

Insiders don't pay retail...Jut people like us.
